Marlow: Billy Carl Foss, 92, passed away Thursday, September 22, 2022 in Duncan.
Graveside Services will be held at 10:00 AM, Wednesday, September 28, 2022 at the Marlow Cemetery. Burial and all arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home in Marlow.
Visitation for Billy will be at the funeral home on Tuesday, September 27, 8:30AM-8:30 PM.
Billy Carl Foss was born October 18, 1929 in rural Bray, OK to Walter and Willie Mae (Rowell) Foss. He passed from this life on September 22, 2022, less than a month before his 93rd birthday. Bill married JoAnn Davis, September 24, 1951. They enjoyed 64 years of marriage together until JoAnn's passing in 2015. Together they raised 3 children: Billy, Kenneth, and Vickey.
Bill is survived by his son Ken Foss and wife Kenna, daughter-in-law, Linda Foss, JoAnn's sister, Mary Lou Tanaka and husband Fred, 9 grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, and a host of friends.
Bill was preceded in death by his lovely wife JoAnn, son, Billy Foss, daughter, Vickey Marshall and her husband Roger Marshall, and all of his brothers, sisters, and their spouses.
