Marlow: Chester Tobe Riley, 79, passed away Sunday, May 23, 2021 in Marlow.

Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, May 27, 2021, at the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home, with Rocky Keck officiating. Burial will be in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

The family will be receiving visitors at Callaway-Smith-Cobb on Wednesday, May 26, from 6:00-8:00 PM.

Tobe was born Wednesday, January 21, 1942 in Kern City, CA., to Chester Tobe Sr. and Olena (Ramming) Riley. He was a graduate of Doyle High School, and lived in the Stephens County area for most of his life. Tobe worked as a truck driver in the oil and gas industry. He enjoyed fishing, camping, and dancing. Tobe also enjoyed visiting with everybody, flirting with the ladies, and teased everybody he was ever around. He was a man who was always dressed very sharp. Tobe loved his family and spending time with them, and will be deeply missed.

Survivors include 3 daughters, Carla Estes of Duncan, Traci Rodriguez and husband Andy of Old Forge, PA, and Kelley Riley-Wright of Lawton, 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, brother, Gilbert Riley and wife Suewanna of Duncan, son-in-law, Dale Estes of Marlow, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Tobe was preceded in death by his parents, and 4 sisters, Juanita Cannon, Oleda Johnson, Caroline Pearson, and Coline George.


Pallbearers will be: Dalton Rodriguez, Kevin Riley, John Lozier, Scotty Wright, Adam Wright, and Travis Wright.

Honorary pallbearers will be: Ashton Rodriguez and Trey Rodriguez.
