Obituary for Clark Bryan Sauer

Rush Springs: Clark Bryan Sauer, passed away Sunday, October 27, 2019 in Rush Springs, at the age of 65.

A memorial service is scheduled for Thursday, November 7, 2019 at 10:00 AM at the Southern Baptist Church in Rush Springs with Rev. Paul Phipps officiating. All arrangements have been entrusted to the Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Clark was born Tuesday, February 23, 1954 in Hampton, VA, to Ralph and Thea (Poser) Sauer. He lived in the Rush Springs area for more than 27 years and previously lived in Lawton. Clark married the love of his life, Katy Nobles, in Wichita Falls, Texas on February 18, 1985; they were married for 34 years before his passing. Clark served his country proudly in the United States Army, retiring with numerous honors. He later retired from driving a truck for Swift after 17 years. Clark enjoyed gardening and reading. He liked making home improvements and tinkering around the house. Clark also enjoyed watching sports. He will be dearly missed.

Survivors include, his wife, Katy Sauer of the home, 4 sons, David Michael Sauer of Rush Springs, Billy Earhart of Rush Springs, Aldous Earhart of Rush Springs, Aiden Earhart of Rush Springs, 3 daughters, Michelle Sauer of Enid, Dicey Earhart of Rush Springs, Shylah Earhart of Rush Springs, and a grandson, Noctis. He is also survived by a brother, Bruno Sauer of CA, a sister, Romy of Germany, and a niece, Vanessa of Germany.

Clark was preceded in death by a son, Jacob Allan Sauer and his parents.
