Marlow: Delois Jane Schwenn, passed away Saturday, November 10, 2018 in Marlow, at the age of 88.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, November 13, 2018, at the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ in Duncan, with Leonard Keele officiating. All arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Delois was born Thursday, April 3, 1930 in Marlow, to Claude and Clara Lee (Dennis) Percival. She graduated from Marlow High School in 1948 and went on to earn a Bachelor degree from Cameron University. She lived in the Marlow area for more than 40 years. Delois married the love of her life, Robert Schwenn in Albuquerque, New Mexico on December 27, 1953, they had 64 wonderful years together. She was a 1st grade school teacher that loved traveling the country, taking a trip nearly every 2 months. She loved spending time with her family and enjoyed cooking. She was an active member of the VFW, AM, Legion, and DAV. Delois was also a member of the Chisholm Trail Church of Christ.

Survivors include, her husband, Robert Schwenn of Marlow, 3 sons, Robert Schwenn, Jr. and wife Virginia of Raleigh, NC, Randall Claude Schwenn of Littleton, CO, Rodger P. Schwenn and wife April of Lawton, daughter, Debbie Buzzard of Duncan. She is also survived by 6 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews, as well as host of friends.

Delois was preceded in death by her parents, 2 brothers, Herbert Percival, Howard Percival, and a sister, Delvagene Caperton.

Pallbearers will be: Lynn Stephens, Bob Bumgarner, Frank Winton, Bentley Singleton, Joe Freeman, and Ray Collins.
