Duncan: Donna Fay Balm, 65, passed away Tuesday, April 6, 2021 in Duncan.
At the family's request, no services are planned at this time. Cremation and all arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.
Donna was born Thursday, November 10, 1955 in Marlow, to Eugene B. and Annie Lucelle (Ezell) Smith. She was a 1974 graduate of Marlow High School. Donna lived in the Marlow area for most of her life, and she worked as a dietary aide for several nursing homes. She enjoyed listening to all genres of music, watching movies, and she loved sunflowers. Donna also enjoyed going out dancing when she was younger.
Survivors include daughter, Jessica Zielinski of Duncan, 2 sons, Shawn Balm of Japan, and Jedadiah "JJ" Balm and Tara Scarbrough of Duncan, 2 brothers, Arvel Smith of Marlow, and Marvin Smith of Marlow, 2 sisters, Reba Smith of Bella Vista, AR., and Sherry Littleton of Marlow, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Donna was preceded in death by her parents, 2 sisters, Cova Smith, and Reva Poland, and brother, Raymond Smith.
