Marlow: Gregory Shea Wortham, passed away Saturday, July 6, 2019 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 41.
Funeral Services will be held at 10:30 AM, Thursday, July 11, 2019, at the Eastside Baptist Church, with Rev. Toby Walker and Steve Mixon officiating. Burial will follow in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.
Shea was born Tuesday, January 3, 1978 in Marlow, to Gregory Miles and Dena Kay (Gibson) Wortham. He had lived in the Marlow area all of his life and graduated with the Marlow Class of 1997. Shea had worked for the City of Duncan for more than 15 years in the Lake Department. He was an avid outdoorsman that loved fishing and hunting. Shea was a people person that enjoyed joking and picking on people. He loved his pets and shooting his guns. Shea was a family man that loved spending time cooking out especially with his kids and fiancé Lindsey.
Survivors include, his parents, Gregory and Dena Wortham of Marlow, fiancé, Lindsey Nash, a son, Connor Bowen, 3 daughters, Lacey Nacole Wortham, Caitie Bowen, Beckham Myers, a sister, Brea K.VanKirk and Brian of Marlow. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, as well as many aunts and uncles, and his grandmother, Kay Lynn Alexander of Marlow.
Shea was preceded in death by his grandparents, Ashton and Glee Jones, grandfather, Bill Alexander, grandfather, Bill Gibson, and grandfather, John Dee Wortham.
Pallbearers will be: Cole McCurley, Dakota Davies, Bo Hayes, Dustin Kelnhofer, Gary Nichols, and Robert Shattuck.
Honorary Pallbearers will be: Shannon Mercer and Curly Lee.
