Obituary

Duncan: Jefferson Yo Womack, 89, passed away Saturday, January 30, 2021 in Duncan.

Cremation has taken place at the family's request and no services are planned at this time Cremation and arrangements have been entrusted in Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Servies in Marlow.

Jefferson was born Friday, March 27, 1934 in Countline, to Leumon and Beulah Womack. He lived in the Stephens County area all of his life. Jefferson enjoyed being outside, fishing, and spending time with his family and friends.

Survivors include 5 brothers: Jerry Womack and wife Darlene of Rush Springs, Oran Womack of Marlow, Kenneth Womack of Tulsa, Leumon Womack and wife Phyllis of VA, and Tim Womack of Rush Springs, 3 sisters, June Price of Bray, Edith Scheidt of Charleston AR., and Vierenea Ryan of Oklahoma City, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Jefferson was preceded in death by his parents, brother, Roy Womack, and 2 sisters, Prudie Garrett, and Ona Robinson.
