Marlow: John Paul Guidry, passed away Saturday, October 26, 2019 in Marlow, at the age of 74.
At this time no services are scheduled and cremation has taken place at the family's request. All arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.
John was born Friday, August 3, 1945 in Wichita, KS, to Leon Jr.and Mary Joe (Anderson) Guidry. He graduated from San Jose High School in California and had lived in Marlow since 1974. John worked for Halliburton as a machinist for more than 8 years. He enjoyed carpentry work and attending flea markets. John loved to hang out with his friends and enjoyed watching OU football. He always had a warm smile on his face for everyone he came in contact with.
Survivors include, a son, Gary Guidry of Sweet Home, OR, a daughter, Gina Hall and husband Rodney of Foster, 5 grandchildren, Rodney Hall, Austin Hall, Joshua Hall, Casey Guidry, Michael Guidry, and a great-granddaughter, Kambri. He was also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
John was preceded in death by his parents, and a brother, Joe Guidry.
