Joe was my Cable guy most of the 23 years I worked at Elgin School. He was the sweetest man. I could depend on him to bring me something I didn’t have enough of on Monday mornings. He loved his wife. He always talked about her. I’d ask how she was doing and if she wasn’t doing well, I could tell his level of concern for her. Joe had an infectious smile. He was a welcome face when he came to the school on Monday’s and Wednesday’s or any other time I needed a delivery. My condolences to his family.
