Joy married the love of her life, Travis Shepard, in Fort Worth, May 1, 1982. She and Travis celebrated more than 35 years of marriage together at the time of her passing. Joy was an amazing woman whose soul was beautiful inside and out. She had a heart of gold who was always there for others. She was a fun, loving, and an all around kind woman.
