Obituary for Kooper Dean Higgins

Rush Springs: Kooper Dean Higgins, 3 months, passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 in Marlow.

Funeral Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, June 9, 2022, at the Southern Baptist Church in Rush Springs, with Rev. Paul Phipps officiating. Burial will be in the Westview Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Kooper was born Monday, March 7, 2022 in Duncan, to Brody and Kendra (Allen) Higgins. He brought so much joy to his family and loved ones, and Kooper provided a lifetime of love all in three short months. His bright blue eyes would light up the room. Kooper loved being put to sleep on his Daddy's chest while getting patted. Even at his age, it was noticeable just how much he enjoyed music. Some of Kooper's favorite songs were Bohemian Rhapsody, Jolene, and You Are My Sunshine. He loved being cuddled by Mom and Dad, and his big brother, Lane. Kooper's family, along with many others, will miss him dearly.

Kooper leaves behind his parents, Brody and Kendra Higgins of the home; brother, Lane Russell Gillespie of the home; Pops and Nene, Loren and Lena Allen; Papa and Awma, Nelson and Misty Higgins; Nonnie, Heather Gillespie; Uncles and Aunts, Josh and Kayla Smith, Eli Higgins, Casey and Brittany Higgins, Miranda and Kenna Rios, Tonka Higgins and Josh Doran, and Maddie Gillespie. He is also survived by many cousins and bonus family who loved him.

He was preceded in death by Pawpaw and Granny, Bob and Barbara Bennett; Poppy, Ricky Gillespie; Grampa, Mike Wayda; Uncle, Bill Allen; Pawpaw Nathan and Grandma Doris Allen.

Pallbearers will be Kooper's Uncles: Josh Smith, Jay Drewery, Casey Higgins, and Josh Doran.
