Obituary for Linda Denise Pettijohn (Maxwell)
Rush Springs: Linda Denise Pettijohn, passed away Wednesday, July 3, 2019 in Oklahoma City, at the age of 60.
Graveside Services will be held at 2:00 PM, Thursday, July 11, 2019, at the Westview Cemetery, with Sister Alice Wendling officiating. All arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Chapel in Rush Springs.
Linda was born Thursday, October 2, 1958 in Lawton, to W.R. Jr.and Patsy (Thompson) Maxwell. She lived in the Grady county area all of her life and attended Chickasha High School. Linda married the love of her life, Phillip Pettijohn on December 27, 2004 in Chickasha. They were married for 14 wonderful years. Linda enjoyed making wedding decoration and crafting. She loved spending time with her family and friends who will dearly miss her.
Survivors include, her husband, Phillip Pettijohn of the home, a son, Bradley Pettijohn of Norman, 2 daughters, Brandy Estrada and husband Derrick of Rush Springs, Lindsey Whittle and husband Thomas of Ardmore, granddaughter, Mariah Estrada of Rush Springs, her mother, Patsy Sifford and husband Hank of Belfry, MT, 2 brothers, Tommy Isaacs and wife Jennifer of Casper, WY, Robert Maxwell and wife Toni of Chickasha. She is also survived by an uncle, Danny Thompson, wife Martha and daughter Katherine, cousins, Shannon and Tony Whaley, Rene and Dale Spradlin, Charlotte and Mark Andrews, Tosh and Josh Zimmerman, Danny Jr. and Dianah Thompson, as well as a host of other family members and great friends.
Linda was preceded in death by her father, 2 aunts, Beverly O'Malley, and Lana Stewart.
