Lloyd Austin Fincher went to be with our Heavenly Father on June 6, 2022. He was
born in Graham, OK on August 6 to Clyde Fincher and Iva Fincher Stewart. He spent
most of his life in the Duncan area with brief ventures to Norman and Mooreland, OK,
graduating from Duncan High School.

He is survived by his lovely bride, Twyola Dean Fincher, daughter Karla and her
husband Tim Kerce of Edmond, stepdaughter Karen and her husband Doug Waldo,
stepson Randall Stevens, and stepdaughter Brenda Paul, all of Duncan. He was a
kind and loving grandfather to Jason and Colby Waldo, Krissi Hall Bumpass, Kristin
Kerce Folks, Alec and Colton Kerce, Beau Paul, and Lessli Paul Walkup. He was an
adoring great-grandfather to sixteen great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death
by his parents and stepparents Elvis Stewart and Hazel Fincher, his brother Clyde
Fincher, Jr and sister, Wanda Dickerson and he is survived by his brothers; Arnold
Fincher and wife Martha of Brandon, MS, Bill Fincher and his wife Rosie of Ringling,
OK, sister Myra and her husband Charles of Wilson, OK, and brother-in-law Clem
Dickerson of Hays, KS.

He worked in the Postal Service, serving as the Postmaster in Mooreland, before
returning to the Duncan Post office from where he retired. He was proud of his
country, and proud to have been in the U.S. Army, serving in the Army National
Reserves until his retirement. He was known throughout the neighborhoods he lived in as the Bicycle Man because
he would fix any child’s bicycle for them and gifted many bikes to children without as
well. He enjoyed searching garage sales for special treasures. He went to swap
meets and vintage car shows with his son-in-law Doug finding parts to repair
motorbikes, motorcycles, and lawnmowers. He loved traveling the backroads with his
beautiful wife and family vacations, except not to the Alamo, where the car broke down
- twice! He loved fishing with friends, children, and grandchildren and fish feared his
name. He was a Christian and member of the Western Heights Baptist Church. He
was very much loved and he will be greatly missed.

Pallbearers will be Lloyd’s grandsons.
