Oklahoma City: Marlene Rayo Faust, 85, passed away Friday, July 1, 2022 in Oklahoma City.

Marlene was born Thursday, July 9, 1936 in Hope, OK, to Marlin Francis and Maude Rayo (Stradley) Crawford. She was a 1954 graduate of Marlow High School and spent her life working as a beautician. Marlene lived in Marlow all of her life until relocating to Oklahoma City with her son. She married the love of her life, George Faust, November 5, 1966 in Duncan. Marlene and George celebrated more than 44 years of marriage together until he preceded her in death in February 2011. She enjoyed dancing, puzzles, doing hair, and making her own clothes. Marlene was Ms. USO Lawton Ft Sill in the 1960's. She loved playing with her grandkids and taking care of her family anyway that she could. Marlene will be deeply missed by her family.
Survivors include son, George Faust of Oklahoma City; daughter, Jolene Suitor and husband C.D. of Duncan; granddaughter, Jessica Sheldon and husband Caleb of Wilburton; 2 great-grandchildren, Samule and Sarah of Wilburton; and numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her loving husband, Marlene was preceded in death by her parents, grandson, Justin Suitor, and 3 brothers, Harlen Crawford, George Crawford, and Harley Joy Crawford.
