Obituary for Max Hallmark

Marlow: Max Hallmark, passed away peacefully at his home Thursday, November 19, 2020 in Marlow. He was 89.

In consideration of the safety and protection of others, memorial services for Max will be held at a later date.
Cremation and all arrangements have been entrusted to Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Service of Marlow.

Max was born on Friday, May 8, 1931 in Marlow to M. C. and Estelle (Baker) Hallmark. Max was a member of the Marlow High School class of 1949 and then went on to serve in the Air Force, where he was stationed in Korea and Japan. After his time in the military, he then moved back to the Marlow area, where he spent most of his life. Max enjoyed the outdoors and took every opportunity to go fishing when he wasn't spending time with his friends and family. He was a member of the Cumberland Presbyterian Church

Survivors include two sons, Ben Hallmark and his wife Gayle of Chickasha and Larry Hobbs of Californina, a Daughter Mary Schneider of Tulsa, 7 Grandchildren: Johnathan Schneider, Tiffany Chance, Tyler Hallmark, Lindsey Renshaw, Jordan Hobbs, Dylan Cole and Jacob Hobbs and 7 Great-Grandchildren Ashley, Zoey, Anna Belle, Madlynn, Piper, Hannah, Keigan. Max is also survived by his sister Janie Davis and husband Jim of Marlow.

He was preceded in death by his parents.
