Patsy was such a sweet lady! I met her when she came to my dealership looking for a new vehicle. She ended up purchasing several with us through the years. She was more than just a customer to me. We became friends. She called me her daughter. She loved me and my coworkers and my boss Joe. Especially Joe! Her and James came to my wedding! They had Thanksgiving Dinner with us. Like I said, she was more than just a customer. I am deeply saddened to hear of her passing. James, my heart goes out to you and the family!! Your Solutions Auto Group family mourns with you. God speed Patsy!!! Love you always!
