Obituary for Robert Carroll
Rush Springs: Robert (Bob) Wayne Carroll, 67, passed away Friday, December 18, 2020 in Rush Springs.
A memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM, Wednesday, December 23, 2020, at the Duncan Heritage Oaks Church of Nazarene, with Eric Nahass officiating. Cremation is under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.
Bob was born Tuesday, June 2, 1953 in Nowata, to John and Hilda (Freeman) Carroll. He was a graduate of Nowata High School and was employed by J.D. Young as a micro filmer, and later on by AMS in Duncan. Bob met Kathy Campbell and they married on September 10, 1975 in Nowata, and they celebrated 45 years of marriage. He enjoyed raising miniature donkeys, playing Santa for all the kids, camping, cooking, spending time with his family, and being the best BaBa around.
Bob's survivors include his wife, Kathy Carroll of Rush Springs, son, Travis (Jake) Carroll and wife Lisa of El Reno, daughter, Kyla Clemons of Norman, 2 granddaughters: Allison Clemons of Norman, and Aspen Bake of El Reno, 2 brothers: John Henry Carroll Jr. and wife Sandee, and James Carroll and wife Betty, and sister, Connie Tallman and husband Wes.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
