Marlow: Rosanna Marie Shahan, 62, passed away Wednesday, May 5, 2021 in Duncan.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM, Tuesday, May 11, 2021, at the Glory Bound Church, with Rev. David Woods officiating. Burial will be in the Marlow Cemetery under the direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral and Cremation Services in Marlow.

Rosanna was born Friday, November 28, 1958 in Pampa, TX, to Ray Stanley and Ethel Irene (Whaley) Simkins. She earned her Associate's degree from USAO, and lived in Stephens County most of her life. Rosanna married Brance Shahan in Wichita Falls, Tx, September 14, 2004, and they celebrated more than 16 wonderful years of marriage. She enjoyed going to church, and was an active member of the church's women's quilting group. Rosanna also enjoyed fishing, camping, planting flowers, and having her garden. Most importantly she loved her family and friends, and loved spending time with them, especially her grandkids. Rosanna will be deeply missed by all who knew her.

Survivors include her husband of the home, 2 daughters, Sherri Melton and husband Willie of Marlow, and Madesta Roebuck of Lawton, 5 grandchildren: Chasity Melton, Kirsten Melton, Dylan Vansill, Breyanna Landin, and Jessi Roebuck, 5 great-grandchildren: Freya, Marci, Chris, Pamela, and Oliver, 2 brothers, Junior Guilbeaux and wife Twana of Duncan, and Lynn Guilbeaux of LA., and numerous nieces and nephews.

Rosanna was preceded in death by her parents, and 2 brothers, William Smock, and Jerry Smock.

Roseanna was one of the sweetest people. She always had a smile for everyone. We spent a lot of time together when we were young. Not so much in the later years. It was my loss. Shared many laughs. What a beautiful person. Love, Kay
