Louise Fowler was born June 27, 1951, in Fort Cobb, Oklahoma, to Cecil and Dorothy (Banks) Martin. The Lord took her home January 27, 2023, with her family by her side. Louise graduated from Fort Cobb High School in the year of 1969. She met Glenn in the summer of 1968 on a blind date. On New Years Eve at midnight, Glenn asked her to be his wife. They married on August 1, 1969, and moved to Duncan, Oklahoma. They completed their family with the births of two children, Brandon and Sherri. Louise was a devoted and loving wife and mother. She was a member of Western Heights Baptist church and served the youth in her younger years. Louise enjoyed writing poetry, studying her bible, shopping and camping at Lake Texoma. What she loved most though, was being a meme and spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved the Spring and Summer seasons as well as the smell of fresh “air”, just as long as we didn’t smell like it. She was loved by anyone who knew her and will forever be missed.

Louise left behind her devoted husband, Glenn Fowler, of Duncan, OK. Two children, Brandon and Connie Fowler of Lindsay, OK. Sherri and David Burke, of Marlow, OK. Five grandchildren, Jessica and Chase Grubb, of Duncan, OK. Hunter and Nita Fowler, of Duncan, OK. Kate Burke and Tyler Ray, of Velma, OK. Jenna Fowler, of Lindsay, OK and Braelyn Fowler, of Lindsay, OK. Six great-grandchildren; Colt Grubb, Cheyenne Grubb, Paisley Dore’, Laken Grubb, Harper Fowler and Weston Fowler. Her siblings and their spouses; Marion and Donna Martin, of Mustang, OK. Clarence Brinkley, of Haywood, OK. Donnie and Janice Martin, of Fort Cobb, OK. Sue Whaley, of Rush Springs, OK. Jerry and Debbie Martin, of Elk City, OK and Jane Pearl, of Mt. View, OK. She also had numerous nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents; Cecil and Dorothy Martin. Sister and spouse; Shirley and Kenton White. Sister Bernice Brinkley.
Brother-in-law Vernon Whaley. Brother-in-law David Pearl and Sister-in-law Geneva Martin.

Pallbearers will be: Brandon Fowler, Chase Grubb, Tyler Ray, David Burke, Hunter Fowler, and Aubrey Young.
